Norman Davies

Norman Davies (born 1939, Bolton, England) is a prominent British-Polish historian best known for his sweeping studies of Central and Eastern Europe. He is a Professor Emeritus at the University College London (UCL) and has authored highly acclaimed, orthodox-challenging works, including Europe: A History and God's Playground: A History of Poland.
